Education: Vision Board Worskhop
December 27 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm$25 - $35
Do you know exactly what you want in your life and business? Do you want new experiences in the next few months or achieve certain goals a year from now? Or, are you not yet sure about exactly what you want to have in your future? If you have answered yes to any of these questions…you need a Vision Board.
Pre-work: Feel free to bring photos or pictures in advance of anything you may not find in the magazines we provide to include on your vision board.
What is a Vision board? A vision board is like your very own crystal ball that shows you only what you wish to have. A vision board is designed to change your emotional state – to make you feel happy, grateful, inspired and energetic.
A vision board can be made of any flat surface that you can put your visions on. Your visions can be in the form of pictures, words of affirmations, your goals or anything that you want to attract into your life. Creating your very own vision board is one of the best ways to help you to keep moving forward, because your
boards will be your constant reminder of what you want to think about, and feel good about.
Who leads the workshop? Certified Coach Cindy Sheridan Murphy has been doing her own vision boards for years and will guide you through the exciting process of attracting what you truly desire into your life. Cindy holds dual certifications, A Certified Empowerment Life Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. A graduate of the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) Her background includes extensive experience with health and athletic coaching. As a cancer survivor, her years of empowerment coaching service have led her to specialize in empowering other cancer survivors to live a more purposeful life after cancer.
