We picked this theme because the pandemic has been a gigantic detour and we need to prepare to get back on the highway. Yes, we were completely derailed, but we also learned a lot along the way. Time to take into account the new information and craft a future that will bring us joy!   Budding entrepreneurs and launching businesses always serve as inspiration as they have no baggage, no history and bring nothing but fresh energy, hard work and great vision . • Tessa Murphy-Romboletti is the Executive Director of the Holyoke site of EforAll/EparaTodos, an innovative nonprofit that partners with communities nationwide to help under-represented individuals successfully start and grow their businesses.   Prior to that she was the Program Manager for SPARK Holyoke at the Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and oversaw the initiative's transition to EforAll, after working for the City of Holyoke in both the Planning & Economic Development Department and former Mayor Alex Morse’s office.
